As part of its activities, COBAGAMA undertakes to comply with the applicable provisions regarding the protection of personal data, in particular those arising from Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data (the “GDPR”) and Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms (the “Data Protection Act”).

The terms, starting with a capital letter, used below, in the singular and in the plural, have, unless otherwise defined expressly stipulated below, the meaning given to them by the GDPR and/or the Data Protection Act.
1. Who is the Data Controller?
the COBAGAMA association is the Data Controller for the purposes defined below.

2. For what purposes and on what basis are your Personal Data collected and processed?
COBAGAMA relies on the execution of the contract to organize the Jazz and Bass festival, in particular ensuring the security of access to the festival venue.
COBAGAMA relies on the user's consent to send them newsletters by email or respond to any questions formulated by the latter to the email addresses provided on the Site.
COBAGAMA finally relies on the pursuit of its legitimate interests to:
- Send commercial prospecting electronically to people who have purchased tickets for the Jazz and Bass festival via the Site;
- Ensure the security of the Site;
- Comply with all legal and regulatory obligations that may apply to it;
- Improve and personalize the Services.
3. Who accesses your Personal Data?
Personal Data collected via the Site may be communicated to:
• The dedicated team within the COBAGAMA association in charge of organizing the Jazz and Bass festival;
• The COBAGAMA sales and marketing team;
• Subcontractors and service providers used by COBAGAMA to host the Site, provide the Services, or even organize the Jazz and Bass festival;
• Any authority, jurisdiction or third party when such communication is required by law, a regulatory provision or a court decision, or if this communication is necessary to ensure the protection and defense of COBAGAMA's rights.
4. How long are your Personal Data kept?
Personal data is kept:
• For requests sent by any user to the email addresses communicated on the Site: During the time necessary to process said request sent by any user.
• For sending commercial prospecting electronically: for three (3) years following the last exchange with the user or the end of the contractual relationship with the buyer.
• For sending newsletters: Until the user expresses their intention to no longer receive newsletters from COBAGAM.
• For the organization of the Jazz and Bass festival: for six (6) months from the end of the festival.
At the end of the aforementioned periods, the Personal Data will be destroyed, unless COBAGAMA is required to keep them to fulfill its legal obligations or to be able to ensure the defense of its rights, in which case they will be archived for the retention period/ applicable legal requirement.

You have the following rights, which you can exercise at any time, within the limits provided by applicable regulations and legislation:
• Right of access to your Personal Data;
• Right to rectification of your Personal Data;
• Right to erasure of your Personal Data;
• Right to limit the Processing of your Personal Data;

• Right to object to the Processing of your Personal Data;
• Right to withdraw your consent to the Processing of your Personal Data when the Processing relies on this legal basis;
• Right to define directives relating to the fate of your Personal Data after your death.

COBAGAMA implements all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your Personal Data, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.
